The Building Advisory Committee (BAC) advises the administration on the planning and design of the proposed Pepper Canyon West Upper Division Undergraduate Student Housing Living and Learning Neighborhood project. In this role, the BAC will review and make recommendations with regard to space needed to meet the needs of students within the project’s timeline and budgetary constraints.

Upon completion of the Sixth College relocated to North Torrey Pines Living and Learning Neighborhood (NTP LLN), Sixth College will relocate to NTP LLN, vacating existing Residence Halls (432 beds) west of Pepper Canyon. This would enable allowed the proposed project to redevelop the existing site (approximately 6.5 acres) to provide approximately 1,400 new beds for third and fourth year undergraduate students.
