PREPARATION FOR FEBRUARY 7TH MEETING:

Revisit the metrics we are currently tracking. Some questions to consider:

1)      How effective is the current metric in measuring success?

2)      How effective does the current metric inform future decisions?

3)      How can we improve upon the implementation of the current metrics?

4)      What are other metrics should we consider?
