CONCEPT VIEWS

Currently, the Triton Pavilion project is finalizing the Detailed Project Program (DPP) and nearing 50% completion of Schematic Design.

Schematic Design is the first phase of the architectural design process.  In this step, the architect works with the client to determine the project requirements and goals. The architect produces concept drawings that illustrate the basic concepts of the design, including spatial relationships, basic scale, and forms.

After the completion of Schematic Design, the project will move into the Design Development phase, followed by the Construction Documents phase.

These concept views indicate what the experience of approaching or being in Triton Pavilion plaza might feel like, but the buildings and materials are not final - these will change as the design continues to develop.
