Process

PHASE 1

• Program Validation: The 80% Detailed Project Program was delivered in August 2018. The selected Progressive Design Build (PDB) team, LMN Architects, worked with the change management team, Gensler, and UCSD to create the 100% DPP as part of the September 2019 Phase 1 Report. 

• Change Management: To inform the design of Triton Pavilion's workspaces, Gensler developed a series of activities that explored the work styles of each department team that will work in Triton Pavilion and shared with them workplace research and best practices. Among these were tours of existing workspaces, a survey regarding current workplaces; tours of aspirational workplaces; focus group meetings, and town hall presentations.
